THE FORMATION LEDGER

A trilateral ledger of your formation.

Twelve honest entries — four each across Mind, Body, and Soul, the three accounts your discipleship is actually kept in. Answer the way your life would answer, not the way you would like to be described, and the ledger will show you where the balance sits.

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” — Luke 16:10

ACCOUNT I

Mind — Renewing the Mind

Weeks 1–4

1. I can name, in one sentence, what “renewing the mind” (Romans 12:2) means for the way I actually think day to day.

2. When old thought patterns fire, I notice the moment and consciously choose a new one — more often than not.

3. I have replaced at least one destructive habit with a new practice, and it has held for more than thirty days.

4. My daily rhythms — what I look at, listen to, dwell on — are shaped more by who I'm becoming than by convenience.

ACCOUNT II

Body — Regulating the Body

Weeks 5–8

5. I can tell the difference between healthy stress and a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight — and I know which one I'm in most days.

6. When adversity hits, my intelligence, my emotions, and my will to act all show up together — not just one of the three.

7. I intentionally pursue the “happy chemicals” God built in — connection, gratitude, movement, rest — rather than only reaching for shortcuts.

8. Fear informs my decisions without controlling them.

ACCOUNT III

Soul — Restoring the Soul

Weeks 9–12

9. There is no one I am currently withholding forgiveness from — including myself.

10. I no longer let shame narrate who I am — I have moved from hiding to being known.

11. I have a living dream I am actively moving toward — not one I have quietly shelved.

12. My soul feels tended, not just my calendar — I know how to return to a place of rest.
